We will only accept payments from the PayPal account with a physical confirmed shipping address in the United States of America. We will only ship to the confirmed address, no exceptions. We utilize Ebay Global Shipping Program to ship internationally and have no control of the international shipping cost.

Orders will be processed 24-48 hours during weekday after payments are received and checks have cleared. We process orders during business hours only: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm PST. We will not process orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
Estimated delivery time for ground service is 3-7 business days from the date of shipment.

Payment must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
You may return within thirty (30) days from purchase date. All returns must be accompanied by an authorized RMA number, which is valid for 15 days after issued. 15% or more restocking fee may apply due to the condition of the return item. Shipping fee will not refund for return item.
California requires its residents to pay 9.25% sales tax, unless resale certificate is available.
